You should have an 436 patched UT else it wont work.
Extract bd-noshake.exe to your Unreal Tournament System directory.Run it,
Check Backup Copy to have your original engine.u backed up to engine.bak, and click <Crack it!>.
For the paranoid or mac and linux users this patch changes egine.u:

To uninstall the patch replace engine.u with your backup.
