Évite les obstruction aux télé porteurs par des monstres ou joueurs.

Incoming pawn through teleporter is pushed a bit up - also we mind Water-Zone cases - being removed from teleporter range. TheDanes probably made such a mutator, I'm currently using this one against: Telefragged by Bot, Telefragging monster, blocking teleporter, monster camper into teleporter because it was blocked by another one on the other side.
Probably won't solve 100% these troubles but reducing troubles might be better than nothing.

Is permitted decompiling and recoding it (accurate tuning for Low-Grav and so others). For the moment it works normally as server-side only for simple reasons:
- actor pawn is replicated automatically in client even if something from server-only is pushing it - server has problems not the client;
- kicker from me is pointless at SimulatedProxy, if this actor is only in server everything works properly because: SERVER is Alfa and Omega, not client. Is not a need to have a copy in client as long as it doesn't have any animation, mesh, sound or such interaction.

This tweak is based on a stock map AS-Rook - Credits goes at Epic - Special thanks for default collision-crash bug loved by admins.
How works ? Is based on a small timer launched only once after 2 seconds from initializing game ( allow different things to take place ). After setting up tweaking, mod will go to sleep to not waste resources. If a heavy timer is causing troubles, mod won't log anything in console - if log is present means the mod did the job.
It can be called using "TeleBoost.twk" in mutators chain.
