Color Insta Gib Mod for Unreal Tournament Demo

This mod for the UT demo includes a new version of the SuperShockRifle which
fires blasts matching the team color of the player (red is default). It
includes several new textures because of this, which explains the size.

I thought InstaGib would be even more fun if the hail of shock rifle blasts
that usually surrounds you was colored to match the team of the player
firing it. This is pretty standard for this genre, seeing as how everything
from GIJoe to Star Wars uses this technique to make combat less confusing.
Plus, it just looks cool.

Just select the ColorInstaGib mutator when starting a game, and have fun!

+ the ColorShockRifle can now be used in any game type, even non-team, and
color is still based on team color selection
+ added a purple shot for the "None" team color selection
+ made the yellow shot look less wussy
+ gave the ColorShockRifle a slightly changed skin, which is color-neutral
+ got rid of "redundant" textures to save space

+ fixed the team damage bug
